Shipping policy

Flat rate of $10 for standard shipping Australia wide.

Flat rate of $15 for express shipping Australia wide.

Deliveries can take 1 to 3 working days for express shipping and 3 to 7 days for standard shipping. Please allow extra time for delays due to the current local pandemic.

All Australian orders are delivered using AUSPOST , to ensure that all parcels can be tracked and delivered promptly.

All parcels will need to be contactless sign on delivery. In the event that no one can sign at your delivery address, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office or will leave your parcel in a safe place.

Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification from Australia Post.
